Each of these women are celebrating an incredible accomplishment and we are absolutely honoured to recognize and celebrate them at our upcoming event.

This year, Katharina Lenz has continued to make an impact in the Greater Moncton community through her work as a trilingual realtor, helping families, newcomers, and first-time buyers navigate the path to homeownership. She also expanded her event planning business, creating vibrant cultural experiences that celebrate diversity and bring people together. As a breast cancer survivor, Katharina proudly participated in the CIBC Run for the Cure with her team, raising awareness and funds for research. Her resilience and dedication to empowering others define her journey and accomplishments this year.

In 2025, I saw the vision of The Valley Studio truly come to life. While the studio opened in 2023 and began hosting my own wellness practices in 2024, this year marked the emergence of a true community of instructors and practitioners. We now offer regular classes, workshops, retreats, and collaborative events—all designed to support others in their personal and professional growth. What began as a personal project has become a shared space for healing, creativity, and connection, just outside the city yet deeply rooted in nature and intention.
